Breast Cancer Resources

for Healthcare Providers

The Utah Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening Program (UCCP) provides breast cancer screenings to Utah women aged 40-64 who are low income, uninsured, or underinsured.

Women who qualify for the program may also be eligible for services through the opens in a new tabBeWise program.

Free screenings may include:

  • Mammogram
  • Clinical breast exam
  • Pap test
  • Blood pressure
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood sugar

The Utah Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening Program is funded by a grant from the CDC’s National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP).

Utah Breast & Cervical Cancer Program

The Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening Program contracts with surgeons, obstetricians, gynecologists, and gynecologic oncologists for reimbursement for specified diagnostic and follow-up procedures for clients who qualify for our program.

The program also contracts with various types of facilities.
