Utah Cancer Control Program
The Utah Cancer Control Program (UCCP) provides breast and cervical cancer screenings to Utah women aged 40-64 who are low income, uninsured, or underinsured.
Women who qualify for the program may also be eligible for services through the BeWise program.
Free screenings may include:
- Mammogram
- Clinical breast exam
- Pap test
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol
- Blood sugar

Join UCCP
The UCCP contracts with surgeons, obstetricians, gynecologists, and gynecologic oncologists for reimbursement for specified diagnostic and follow-up procedures for UCCP clients.
Providers are reimbursed at Medicare rates.

Screening rates in your community
Utah’s breast cancer screening rates are significantly below the national average.
Only 64.5% of Utah women aged 40 or older have had a mammogram in the last 2 years, compared with 72.3% of U.S. women.
